毒饵喷撒机排毒饵控制系统的设计及试验

    Design and experimental study of control system for spraying bait on bait spraying machine for deratization

    • 摘要: 毒饵喷撒机作业过程中,经常会出现落料器堵塞或排毒饵器卡滞等现象,若该现象未能及时发现和排除,会影响毒饵喷撒机的正常工作。为了提高毒饵喷撒机适用性和整体工作性能,该文在原毒饵喷撒机相关研究的基础上,设计了一套全新的排毒饵控制系统,包括自动控制系统和手动遥控系统。自动控制系统对毒饵喷撒机的工作运行状态进行实时监测和故障的准确报警,手动遥控系统方便维修检查,从而实现了排毒饵器的实时控制,提高了毒饵喷撒机的工作性能,为实现草原鼠害防治机械智能化作业提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Abstract: The bait spraying machine is a kind of grassland rodent machinery that is designed for meeting the requirement of positioned and quantitative spray of the bait particles, and is also of important significance to the grassland rodent control and grassland degradation. In the process of its operation, the fall feeder is always blocked and the baits-metering device is always out of nimbleness. It has a serious impact on the normal operation of the bait spraying machine without timely discovery and elimination of these problems.In order to solve the problems above and improve the overall working performance of the bait spraying machine, a new set of control systems to spray the baits is presented. On the basis of the original bait spraying machine, the control system with high reliability and working performance was equipped, including an automatic control system and a manual remote control system. The automatic control system is an open-loop system, which was designed according to electromechanical integration. The monitoring agency of the automatic control system consists of the Hall sensor and pressure sensor. The executing agency is a kind of electromagnetic clutch. The automatic control system did the work of real-time monitoring of the working status of the bait spraying machine, and made an exact warning when the machine was on the blink. The manual remote control system uses remote control technology; the staff could make up their minds to spray the baits or not anytime as needed in the course of work, which is convenient for the maintenance of the equipments. The electromagnetic clutch is the final executive component, whether in the automatic control system, or in the manual remote control system. It can determine whether the poison bait is discharged or not as needed in the case of the prime mover working. The torque is always taken as a basic parameter of choosing the electromagnetic clutch type. The spindle torque of the fall feeder is mainly influenced by three factors: spindle speed, effective working length of the Geneva wheel, and the kinds of poison bait. So the orthogonal experiment of the spindle torque is taken to determine the order and better combination of every influencing factor.In order to validate the reliability of this control system, the confirmatory tests on the indoors and outside in the grassland have been carried out respectively. The experimental results show that the Automatic system, through the well combination of the automatic control system and the manual remote control system, realized the real-time monitoring of the bait spraying and improved working performance of the bait spraying machine. It has a profound significance for achieving the intelligence operation of grassland rodent control machinery.
