Abstract: The article is to investigate the complete salinity contral experiences in north China plain and each kind of experimental results in scientific pilot areas os salinity control.It has made a study of planning and designing scheme for warking out salinity control subjects, advanced excellent plan criterious and a typical plan on appropriate for technical economic targets for various types comre hensire control projects in North China plain.
