    农业种质资源库低温除湿设施的研究

    RESEARCH ON DEHUMIDIFYING SYSTEM UNDER LOW TEMPERATURE IN THE GENE BANK

    • 摘要: 长期保存种子的种质资源库,须创造低温低湿(0~—10℃,相对湿度35%)的贮藏环境。本文从原理上综合分析了各种空气减湿设备的优缺点,针对我国国情,提出了两级除湿法:初级采用冷冻去湿,使库内空气由常温向低温低湿过渡;再用经多年研制的新型“转筒式除湿机”,达到低温下除湿,满足环境要求。文中阐述了该除湿机的结构特征与工作原理,以及测试系统、生产使用效果。经几年实测、运行证明,该两级除湿系统,设计合理、运行稳定、效益显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to keep the vitality of seeds over a long period of time, it is necessary to establish preservative environment under low temperature and low relative humidity. (0~-10℃, 35% relative humidity)This paper synthetically analyses the principle, merits and demerits of a variety of dehumidifiers. In accordance with the present situations of China, a dehumidifying system with two stages was put forward. At the first, the moisture in the air was removed by refrigeration and the temperature would drop down lower and lower in the seed storage. Secondly, a new type device named rotary dehumidifier reduced the moisture continuously under low temperature. So that the parameters in the storage such as temperature, relative humidity would be met.In this paper, the author not only described the structures and principles about the designed dehumidifier, but also described the test system and the effect achived in production. It was proved that this dehumidifying system was available for seed storage, It was runs steady and with remakarble achivement.
