Abstract: The article is to research the rational distribution of mixed feed-processing plant in method of system analysis. Rational distribution should meet the requirements of both low forage cost during initial stage of putting plant into production and the best economic benifit during the whole service period. For this reason, the article forecasts price of machinery product, cost of construct, requirement amount of mixed feed. And then, the article establish the Policy-Making Model of the rational distribution of Mixed feed-processing plant. Last, taking chang chun as an example and Runing on computer.
