农家微水电资源的开发研究

    STUDY OF DEVELOPING THE RURAL MICRO HYDROELECTRIC RESOURCES

    • 摘要: 本文论述了在发展农村一般小水电的同时,开发利用农牧民屋旁零星分散的微水电资源,研究设计适合农家户用条件的低水头、小流量微型家用水力发电装置,是缓解目前农村能源,特别是农牧民生活用电紧张局面,改变边远地区落后面貌的必要而有效的技术措施。指出农家微型水力发电装置的研究,开拓了农村水电科研新的分支领域,其前景十分广阔。 文中论述通过大量调研后,提出了解决微型水电设备在用电过程中,其电压与频率随着负载的变化而激烈波动的关键技术。研究开发了适用于明槽、管道、竖井和闸坝等多种安装条件的WS(出口为CALF)系列农家用微水电设备。 经运行考该,证明该项研究对开发应用分布极广的农村微水电资源,充分挖掘农村能源和加速农村电气化,都具有十分明显的技术经济和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: This paper discusses the general development of microhydroelectric generating unit in the farmer family uses, the development and utilization of microhydroelectric energy resources separated around the farmer and herdsman's houses and studies the designing of the low water-head, small flow capacity, microhydroelectric generating unit suitable for farmer family uses. It can largely ease the urgent requirements of agricultural energy resources, particularly the stressed situation of civil electricity used by the farmer and herdsman. It also provides the necessary and effective technical measures for altering the lagged behind features in the border areas. This also opens a new area for scientific research of agricultural hydroelectric energy resources - studying the microhydroelectric generating unit for farmer family use.Through many investigations this paper proposes the key technology of violently variations of voltages and frequencies following the changing of loading. This techno logy can be used for solving the problem existed during the process of electicity generated from the microhydroelectric equipments. This paper also states a research and development for the CALF series of microhydroelectric generating equipments in farmer family use, all of which are suitable for the installation conditions of ditch, pipe, shaft and dike type.It proves that, after checking the operation, this research provides the outstanding efficiencies of society and technical economy for developing and fully utilizing the small hydroelec tric energy resources widely spreaded over the farm villages and quickening the steps of agricultural electrification.
