稻壳膨化机主要技术参数的试验研究

    THE STUDY ON THE ESSENTIAL PARAMETERS OF RICE HUSK EXPANDER

    • 摘要: 为了明确稻壳膨化机主要技术参数对膨化机性能指标的影响,本文对主要技术参数(螺杆转速N,螺距L,间隙△以及稻壳含水率Mc%对膨化机性能指标(生产率Q,度电产量q,膨化压力P)的影响进行了试验分析。采用回归旋转设计法,建立了度电产量等项指标的数学模型,通过对主要技术参数的最优化设计,确定了一组参数的最优组合,从而使膨化机性能指标达到了最优。

       

      Abstract: In order to make sure the influence of main parameters on the performance indexes of expander, this article tested and analysed the influence of essential parameters—N spiral rate, L screw-pitch, Δ gap, Me % moisture of rioe husk—on the performance indexes of expander, e.g. Q productivity, q production per watt, and P pressure expanded with the design method of reggressive rotation. Then set up the mathematic model with the indexes of production per watt etc. After the optimal design with the essential indexes parameters was determined, then the performance indexes of the expander can be made to meet the optimum option.
