拱形塑料大棚的强度畸形及其一种纠正方法

    THE STRENGTH MALFORMATION OF ARCHED PLASTIC TENT AND ITS A CORRECTING METHOD

    • 摘要: 现时,不少塑料大棚的拱架采用冷弯成形的力法,但是这一加工工艺却导致拱架强度发生严重的畸形;在拱架承受负弯矩的截面上,强度过分安全;而在其承受正弯矩的截面上,强度则严重不足。为纠正上述弊病,本文提出一个可行的方法——应变时效处理,此法的优点是花费不多且简单易行。

       

      Abstract: This paper points out that the cold-bending technology is being adopted now in working the arched steel frame of many plastic tents, but this technology leads to the occurence of serious strength mal-formation, namely, the maximum stresses at the sections which negative moment occurs are much larger than the allowable stress, and the maximum stresses at the sections which positive moment occurs are much smaller than the allowable stress. In order to recover this disadvantage, a feasible method which bases on the strain-aging of the steel is adopted. It is easy for operation and cheap forxexpense.
