Abstract: A great deal of investigation of rural energy resources and their consumption at Miyi County was engaged in order to seek for a reasonable way of rural energy exploitation and consumption in this region. According to the analysis of the data from special projects of energy consumption, energy resources, programme of economic development of this region and energy resources and consumption calculation, an optimal design of rural energy by linear program was given. The paper analyesd the results made by electronic computer too.
