果蔬减压保鲜的试验研究

    THE TEST RESEARCH OF HYPOBARIC STORAGE FOR FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

    • 摘要: 果蔬在减压条件下可以抑制果实的呼吸强度,降低果实内源乙烯的生成量,从而延长果实的衰老过程,是比较理想的果蔬保鲜方法。我们研制了由计算机自动控制的减压保鲜试验设备,能自动检测并打印出试验过程中贮藏罐内的压力,温度、氧、二氧化碳的数值,并能自动调整,给试验工作带来许多方便。通过无锡水蜜桃、蘑菇的减压保鲜初步试验,证明减压保鲜技术对鲜嫩果蔬有良好的保鲜效果。

       

      Abstract: The hypobaric storage is an ideal way to keep fruits and vegetables fresh which can prolong their decrepit process for their respiratory rate and the production of inherent C2H4 are inhibited. A test system of hypobaric storage controlled by computer is developed so as to avail the test mush, becauce the great advantage of this system is that it can automatically examine, print out and adjust date of pressure, temperature, O2 and CO2 in the storage room.It was proved that the technique of hypobaric storage was performed effectively in the storage tests of some fresh and tender fruits and vegetables, such as Wuxi honeypeach and mushroom.
