    我国新型水牛挽具研制初探

    PRELIMINARY RESEARCH OF NEW TYPE WATER BUFFALO HARNESS IN CHINA

    • 摘要: 水牛是我国主要役畜之一,古老的旧式挽具严重影响其牵引力发挥。本文通过对水牛生理特性及有关力学问题的探讨,提出五种新挽具设计方案。初步试用后,选定“∩”型挽具,并详细介绍了该挽具各主要参数的确定依据。经过对比试验和生产考核,证明该挽具具有适应性好,单位面积压力小,抗疲劳能力强,便于水牛牵引力发挥等特点。

       

      Abstract: The Water buffalo is one of main Working animal in China, but ancient old type harness has been seriously affecting development of tractive force. The article will put for ward five designs of newharness through inquiring into physio logical characteristic and some mechanics problem concerneed, tryed out, we chose the "∩" type harness, and introduced the determination basis of each main parameter of the harness. Tne comparative experimentation and productive examination prove that the harness has the feature of good adaptability, lower pressure per unit area, strong ability against fatigue and connience for development of water buffalo tractive force, etc.
