    MICROCOMPUTER DATA SAMPLING SYSTEM FOR BIOMASS GASIFIER

    • 摘要: 本文探讨生物质气化炉微机测试系统。采用“氮平衡法”有效地解决了生物质气化炉煤气流量的测量。实现了气化炉燃料消耗率的自动测量。由微机测试系统测取了生物质气化炉的温度场,并对数据进行处理绘制了温度场三维图形。文中还对生物质气化炉的主要性能指标进行了误差分析。

       

      Abstract: This paper deals with microcomputer - aided test for biomass gasifer. A new method is developed for measuring the gas flow of the biomass gasifier according to "nitrogen balance". The fuel consumption rate is measured automatically . The temperature field in the gasifier is gained and a three dimensions figure of the temperature field is plotted by the microcomputer system. The errors in the performance data of the gasifier is analyzed.
