沼气火焰形状的理论探讨

    A THEORETIC DISCUSSION ON THE SHAPE OF THE BIOGAS FIAME

    • 摘要: 在农用动力工程中,沼气射流被限制在有限容积的燃烧室内,其燃烧火焰形状与高度影响到燃烧室的合理设计。本文提出沼气扩散燃烧火焰形状和高度的理论计算方法,并完成了全国农展馆沼气火焰形状和高度的实际计算。计算结果表明,沼气火焰呈供氧不足形状,火焰高度比纯甲烷火焰高度净增0.62厘米。本文也为其它多组分混合燃气火焰形状的计算提供了一种方法。

       

      Abstract: The shape and height for the biogas flame affect the rational design of the biogas combusting chambers. This paper presents the calculation method of the shape and height of the biogas flame. On the basis of theoretical analysis,the shape and height of the biogas flame from Agricultural Exhibition Centre of China are calculated. The calculating results show that the shape of the biogas flame is short of oxygen supply, and its height increases by 0.62 centimeters as compared with the pure methanc—air diffusion flame. This paper also provides a useful method to calculate the shape of other combustible mixed gases flame.
