沧州地区发展蓄水工程的研究

    A STUDY ON DEVELOPING WATER STORAGF PROJECT FOR CANGZHOU DISTRICT

    • 摘要: 河北省沧州地区水资源严重不足已成为限制农业生产的关键因素。由于连年干旱,超量开采地下水等原因,使得地下水位大幅度下降,水资源的供需矛盾日趋恶化。据此提出应发展蓄水工程,利用夏季雨水集中的气侯特点,积蓄自然降水,调节土壤水份,回补浅层地下蓄水量,保护深层地下水资源。本文对发展平原蓄水的可行性进行了较系统地分析和论证,并根据不同地下水埋深及不同降水量,计算出了蓄水指标,为平原蓄水提供了科学依据。同时对工程蓄水及农业措施蓄水的效益作了介绍,并对蓄水工程建设提出了新的建议。

       

      Abstract: The insufficiency of water source has become the main limiting factor of agricultural development in Cangzhou District, Hebei province. Due to the overexploiting of underground water and Iess rainfall year after year that makes the underground water-table lowering greatly. The contradiction between supply and demand of underground water becomes very serious. As a great amount of annual precipitation concentrated in summer, the paper suggests to store the rain during the summer time in order to regulate the soil water content, complement the shallow underground layer water and protect the deep underground layer water source.The paper systematically analysed and proved that the development of storing water in a plain is feasible. The paper also determined the index of storing water on the basis of different underground water-table and diffenrdent rainfall. It will provide the scientific basis for storing water in a plain topography. The paper introduces the benefits of storing water both by engineering and agricultural means by experiments done by the authors. At last, the paper presents some suggestions on the construction of the water storage engineering in a plain.
