鸡舍湿垫——风机降温系统的应用与设计

    DESIGN AND USE OF PAD-FAN COOLING VENTILATION SYSTEM FOR POULTRY HOUSES

    • 摘要: 鸡舍内温度和湿度的控制是非常重要的。本文介绍了湿垫—风机降温系统在鸡舍里应用情况和设计方法。实际应用表明,即使在南方夏季高温而昼夜温差较小的地区,在鸡舍内应用湿垫—风机降温也是非常有效的。它使鸡舍内平均温度控制在30℃左右,平均相对湿度约75—80%。在解除了舍内高温威胁后,这种水平的相对湿度对鸡体也不会产生不良的后果。 本文介绍的鸡舍湿垫—风机降温系统的实用设计方法,概念明确、计算简便,鸡舍内采用纵向通风型式,可以应用少量大直径风机,能够节省大量的夏季通风动力消耗。

       

      Abstract: The temperature and relative humidty control are very important in poultry houses. This paper introduces the design method and the operating conditions of a Pad-Fan Cooling ventilation system (P-FCVS) in poultry houses. The practices show that the system is very effective, even in the summer time of south China, where the whole day temperature is very high and the temperatare difference between day and night is small. Using P-FCVS in Poultry houses, the temperature can be controlled at a level of 30℃, and the relative humidity at 75-80%.After the high-temperature threatening have been removed, the relative humidityof 75-80% is no harmful consequences for poultry.The design method introduced in this paper is with definite conception and easiness of use, As the ventilation system used in this design is the longitudinal type which is unneeessary to use the large diameter fans. Thus it will save a great deal of energy consumption.
