贮藏和振动对草莓组织的损伤研究

    THE DAMAGE ON ULTRASTRUCTURE OF STRAWBERY DURING STORAGE AND UNDER VIBRATION

    • 摘要: 本文运用电子显微技术研究了贮藏和模拟运输振动后草莓微观组织的变化。观察结果表明:贮藏和振动下细胞器的损伤演变顺序不同。改变振动加速度、频率、振动时间和CO2/O2的浓度,在草莓的不同部位产生不同形式的损伤。

       

      Abstract: The ultrastructure change of strawberry after storage or transport simulation vibration was studied under electronic microscopy technology. The experimental results show that the damage developments in organelles are different with changing the acceleration, frequency and time of vibration, and changing concentration of CO2 and O2. Both types and positions of damage on strawberry are dissimilar.
