Abstract: The paper analyzed all kinds of state of force applied on the drawbar when the tractor--trailer system is putting on the brakes. The paper also studied the braking stability of the tractor--trailer system by the influence of all kinds of state of force during braking.At last, the paper explored the conditions of the braking stability of the tractor--trailer system.
