振动流化干燥机的试验研究

    INVESTIGATION OF VIBRATED FLUIDIZED DRYER

    • 摘要: 本文综合分析了国内外振动流化干燥机的型式;设计和研制了一种小型新颖多物料振动流化干燥机。从理论上对其动力学、运动学及干燥特点进行了分析。大量小麦干燥实验表明:空气温度对降水的影响最大、喂入量次之、风量最小、增加振幅能明显提高单位时间降水率。由实验找到了各参数的最佳范围。中草药、土豆片等物料的干燥试验表明,振动流化干燥机具有一机多用、结构简单、生产率高、降水快等特点。

       

      Abstract: In this paper the basic types of vibrated fluidized dryers were described. A new vibro-fluidized dryer was designed and developed. Theoretical analysis of the characteristics of dynamics,kinematics and specificity of drying in the vibrated fluidized dryer was presented. By carrying out a number of wheat experiments, the factors influencing the performance of dryer were found out, and optimum range of these parameters were obtained. The experiments showed that the factors which affect the drying rate and grain temperaturs in order of importance are hot air temperature, feed rate and airflow rate. The removed moisture content per minute is increasing rapidly if the vibrating amplitude is raised. The drying test of Chinese herbs and diced potato indicates that the multipurpose, simple construction, high productivty and drying efficiency are the main advantages of vibrated fluidized dryer.
