摘要: 作者用NXS—11型旋转粘度计对八种南京市售蜂蜜进行测定,并对试验数据进行回归分析,建立了这八种蜂蜜的通用流变模型——Bingham模型。

Abstract: Eight samples of honeys on Nanjing market are measured with rotational viscometer Model NXS-11. Regression analyses are made according to the test data. The Bingham model is accepted as the general model for these honeys.
