南京市售蜂蜜的流变特性(第3报)——蜂蜜的触变性

    • 摘要: 蜂蜜是一种触变物质。作者对八种南京市售蜂蜜在扰动条件下进行触变试验,发现其触变特性曲线均可拟合为可逆直线,几乎没有滞后圈。 又在持续匀速扰动情况下试验,八种蜂蜜的各条η—t曲线均呈线性关系,且斜率极小。即随着扰动时间t增长,粘度η降低极少。 试验证明这些蜂蜜触变性极不显著。这与《第2报》试验所知:这八种蜂蜜的表观粘度都较低,前后试验结论是一致的。

       

      Abstract: Tests are made concerning thixotropic properties for eight different kinds of Nanjing honeys with rotational viseometer model NXS-11. It is found that nearly no hysterisis loop be occurred and that the viscosity decreases very little with time of disturbance. Evidently the thixotropic properties for these honeys are extremely insignificant, This conclusion is consistent with the fact that the apparent viscosities for these honeys are relatively too low, as reported in "Rheological Characteristics for Honeys on Nanjing Market(2)".
