颗粒饲料油脂喷涂机微机控制系统的研究

    The Study of the Microcomputer Control System on Pellet Fat Spraying Machine

    • 摘要: 本文对颗粒饲料油脂喷涂机实现微机自动控制进行了研究。根据设计要求,确定了闭环微机随动调节系统控制方案。以电磁调速电机和齿轮油泵为受控对象,把喷油率作为控制参数,以保持其恒值为控制目的。在求出受控对象数学模型和分析其特性的基础上,选择了适合它的最佳控制算法即PID算法。并对控制算法的参数进行了整定和调试。由传感器、滤波器、放大器、A/D转换器、D/A转换器和各执行机构等所组成的硬件系统,在应用软件的主模块和17个功能模块的支持下,实现了自动调节、自动打印和显示、自动检测不正常工作状态、自动报警以及键盘控制等功能。最后对控制系统进行了综合评价。

       

      Abstract: This pater is to study how to control automatically the pellet fat spraying machine by the microcomputer system. According to the demands of design, a programme of the closed loop computer servo control system is determined with the electromagnetic adjustable speed motor and gear pump as the controlling objects and with the rate of spraying as the controlling parameters. The control target will be reached when the parameter is keeping on constant.The PID control algorithm is selected on the basis of the finding mathematical model of the objects and of the analysis on the characteristics of the model. The PID parameters are also adjusted and tested.Use the software of main block and other seventeen function blocks through the sensors, filter elements, amplifiers, A / D converter, D / A converter and other executive actuators of the system, All the working conditions and faults can automatically be detected and adjusted. The results can automatically be printed out and shown on screen, too. And it has the function of automatic warning and key-board control as well.Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of this control system is made.
