Abstract: China is a agricultural country. The agricultural products are rich in natural resources. The advanced agricultural products processing and preservative technique has been popularized and utilized step by step in decennial reform period, so it raised the output value of agricultural products, and recduced loss, also as to obtained a great economical and social benefit and effect.In this article, I am simply explained the main achievements of Agricultural Products Processing and Preservative Engineering at decennial reform period in People's Republic of China.
