    温室喷雾-水膜降温系统研究

    A Study on Lowering the Greenhouse Temperature by Spraying the Water on the Film Underneath the Glass Roof

    • 摘要: 为了解决夏季温室高温问题,研制了温室喷雾-水膜降温系统,本文论述了该系统的结构及性能,讨论了各种有关因素对降温效果的影响,喷头和水膜材料的选择依据及其光谱特性。试验表明:采用该系统用纤维膜作水膜材料,室内温度可降低7~8℃,比室外温度低3~4℃,湿度提高,室内温度随之上升;通风率与侧窗开启程度有关。

       

      Abstract: Based on so many experiments,authors found a system to lower the greenhouse temperature during the summer time by spraying the water on the film underneath the glass roof. The experiments showed that the system paid a very successful results in lowering the inside greenhouse temperture in the summer time.The advantages of this system in comparing with other systems are as follows: (1) high cooling efficiency; (2) low energy consumption; (3) easy to ins tall, remove and manage; and (4)low cost.The paper also discusses the relationships between the cooling efficiency and types of sprayer and also the materials of film and their spectral characters.
