Abstract: Drying is a comprehensive technology widely used in agricultural products and by-products and food processing as well as other processing industry. It is on the stage of energetically popularizing, improving technical level further, and reducing energy consumption in our country. This paper summarized the present situation of drying technology of agricultural products, typical eguipments, theoretical research and the application of electronic computer in our country, and it also gave some suggestions on the developing trend of drying technology in the future.
