    Energy Saving Techniques in Grain Drying

    • 摘要: 作者通过开发谷物干燥模拟研究实践和对国内外已有研究成果的分析,对谷物干燥中的节能技术按以下几方面作出了评述:1.数学模拟和优化技术在改进干燥机结构和工艺参数、降低能耗方面的应用,2.新型节能干燥工艺的开发,3.干燥机排气余热回收再利用,4.基于新机理上的干燥工艺。

       

      Abstract: A review of energy saving techniques on the following aspects is made by the authors, through their practices in grain drying simulation and analyses of the present achievements: 1. Application of mathematical simulation and optimization techniques in improving dryer structural and operating parameters, reducing energy consumption; 2. Development of energy saving drying new technologies, 3. Heat recovery of air exsausted from the dryer, 4. Drying technology on the basis of new mechanism.
