Abstract: The inadequacy of protein resoures is a very important reason of hindering the devel-opment of our feeding industry. But there are a lot of valuable resoures which haven t been used reasonally in agricultural by-products. This paper gives a complete analysis and demonstration to the exploitation and utilization of the residue and sediment materials in respect of nutritional compositiona, technology, economy etc. The emphasis is put on drying technology and equipment about the residue materials. All these have been successful in laboratory.
