    装载机铲斗粘附积土清除的仿生研究

    A Study on Cleaning Buildup Soil in Loader Shovel on the Principle of Bionics

    • 摘要: 本文采用仿生方法提出铲斗积土清除装置,并对装置的运动与受力进行了分析。给出了机构优化设计方法。经模型与实型试验证明此装置清土效果好,可提高作业生产率20%。

       

      Abstract: A device used for cleaning buildup soil in loader shovel was designed on the principle of Bionics. Kinetic and mechanical analyses are carried out for the device. A method of optimizing its structure is given. Its model device is tested and its real device is used for spadding soil and coal. It is shown that the device optimized in structure possesses an excellent property of cleaning buildup soil and its productivity is raised by 20 per cent.
