    Study on the Tests of Equipment for Breaking Riceseed Husk and Accelerating Germinations

    • 摘要: 为探索适于洞庭湖区农村使用简易机械化育秧设备,对2ZPQ-800、2DBY-800型稻种破胸催芽器进行了早稻使用试验,结果表明功效高,成本低,适于推广。使用该装置可较农家常规育秧节约种子10~15%,提高发芽率10.7%,加工一批(800kg)可节约种子100kg左右。

       

      Abstract: Some experiments are made to test the performances of 2ZPQ-800 and 2DBY-800 Riceseed Husk Breaker & Germination Accelerators (RHBGA) during raising early rice seedlings in order to study mechanized and simply constructed rice seedling raising equipment suitable for use in Dongting Lake rural areas. Results show that two types of RHBGAs have an advantage of high efficience, low cost and easy popularization. Compared with the old rice seedlings raising method, the sets can save 10~15 percent of riceseed and increase germination rate by 10.7 % .
