Abstract: In this paper, a kind of new device for drying materials has been introduced. The drying characteristics of panax notoginseng and panax Quinguefolium and the relationship between drying characteristics and drying conditions have been studied by simulating various drying environmental factors (temperature and wind speed ). This research results may be a good reference to systems design and production.
