Abstract: The objective of this paper is to gain maximum optical efficiency of solar cookers. The parameters in designing the reflected area and structure are discussed. By analyzing, authors derived a relation formula between the thermal efficiency and the optical efficiency. Selecting principles and calculating methods of other designing parameters are also given.
