下方装有分离凹板时横流风机的清选气流场

    The Flow Field for Grain Clearing of Cross Flow Fan under Which with a Concave

    • 摘要: 本文根据势流叠加原理,提出横流风机叶轮内部流动可由一个偏心涡和某一势函数叠加来描述,这个势函数与风机壳体和进风导叶结构有关。在此基础上计算了下方装有分离凹板时横流风机的清选气流场,研究了挡风板对脱粒机清选性能的影响。

       

      Abstract: In the paper, according to the principle of plus on potential function, We put forward the flow field in the impeller of cross fan consisted of a vortex and a potential function relating to the shell and the construction of inlet of fan. The calculation about the flow field for grain clearing of cross fan under which with a concave was given out. The influences offender leading flow in the clean performance were also studied.
