Abstract: The practice and popularizeation of comprehensive save on energy for villages and towns in Ru Gao County Jiang Su Province is summarized in this paper. On the basis of economic analyses and ecomprehensive evalute, author demonstrates the social and economic effects of comprehensive save energy for villages and towns industry and its development in future, and further points out that, in the economic developed rural eara, save energy for villages and towns industy is an important way to mitigate the contradiction between supply and demand of energy.
