Abstract: Within the straw ammoniation technique, selecting technology and resource of ammonia is important for quality control and economic efficiency. According to the features of ammonia resource the factors which influence ammoniating effect were analysed. Through a indoor experiment of simulating ammoniating chamber and nutrition sample test of real ammoniated straw, as well as a feeding experiment, approved thet the new ammoniating straw technology by quick thermo-decomposing ammonium bicarbonate is a feasible technique.
