胡萝卜丝热风干制参数的研究

    Research on the Parameters of Thermal-airflow for Drying Carrot Silk

    • 摘要: 本文研究了胡萝卜丝在恒定热风干制条件下,主要预处理参数、干燥介质温度和流动速度参数对干燥速率、干制品复水率和维生素C含量的影响规律,并给出了定量关系式以及最优参数和最优数学模型。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the test and research on the carrot silk drying made on thermal-airflow drying test-bed were completed. The law of influence of the material-pretreating technology, the temperature and velocity of the drying medium on the drying rate and rewatering of the drying products as well as the contents of vitamin C was obtained. Also the regression equation was set up between variables, based on it the parameters have been optimized and the better drying processing technology has been presented.
