    Drying Characteristics of Flammulina Velutipes Sing and Drying Model

    • 摘要: 利用自行设计的物料干燥试验装置,调节和控制干燥介质环境参数。在风速1~3m/s、温度40℃~70℃、湿度16%~30%RH范围内的8种工况组合下,摸拟金针菇干燥过程,建立了两种干燥速率与干燥环境参数间的数学模型—单项扩散方程和page方程。实验表明,利用page方程来描述金针菇薄层干燥过程,具有更高的拟合精度。同时,通过对金针菇在不同干燥环境条件下的干燥速率、能耗及干制品质量的综合分析,筛选出两种较佳干燥工况:48℃、2m/s和60℃、1m/s。

       

      Abstract: An experimental dryer was designed and used for thin layer drying studies of Flammulina Valutipes Sing. Data were obtained in 8 drying conditions involving wind speed 1~3m / s, temperature 40~70℃, relative humidity 16~30% RH. Two mathematical models eveluated to fit data were: Diffusion model and Page equation. The Page equation was found to be more suitible in describing the drying characteristics of single layer of Flammulina Valutipes Sing: By means of analysis on drying rate, energy consumption and quality of production dried for Fammulina Velutipes Sing, 48℃, 2m / S in different drying conditions experimented were found to be better.
