Abstract: In this paprer, the stick property of chicken manure to dryer wall andvarious methods of stickproof in the drying process are analysed. The effects of moisture content of chicken manure and wall temperature of dryer on chicken manures stick are studied. A new kind of method of stickproof by raising wall temperature of dryer is advanced, and critical wall temperature (246℃ ) of stickproof and corresponing temperature (550℃) of heated air at inlet of JH dryer are determined by experiments.
