Abstract: This paper explained the field of agricultural engineering and analysed the state of the discipline of agricultural engineering in China. The author realized that the opportunity establishing the fundamental theory of agricultural engineering discipline-Agricultural Engineering Science had come. According to the relation between the bioticgrowth process and the physical motion process, the chemical motion process, the social and economic motion process. the natural environment, the suggestion of the frame of Agricultural Engineering Science is pointed out.
