Abstract:
The main problems existing in the specialty of Agric-constructional and Environmental Engineering are: (a) the specialty's development directions, position and its jurisdictional relations should be further specified; (b) this specialty needs recognition and supprots from the whole society; (c) there should be a full realization of peculiarities of the boundary-science properties and comprehensiveness of this specialty. Further in-deep studies should be conducted in the aspects of combination of engineering and biological techniques; (d) Contradictions between the multidisci-plinary peculiarities and the .present curriculum arrangements should be farely resolved; (e) the specialty itself should actively adapt to the needs of the large agricultural economic construction. Further acceleration and deepening of the reforms are needed.
