简支等厚钢筋混凝土U形渡槽截面优化的研究
The Study on Cross Section Optimization for the U Form Aqueduct of Reinforced Concrete with Simply Supported and Same Thickness

摘要: 根据作者多年的研究成果,利用近代发展起来的结构优化理论,对简支等厚钢筋混凝土U形渡槽,在过槽流量模数K和渡槽计算跨度L的各种组合情况下,进行了一系列优化计算,得到U形截面最优几何参数Ry(计算半径)、ty,(槽壁厚度)、fy(垂直段高)、δy(横杆截面高度)和ΔFy(侧梁截面面积)等随K和L的变化规律。据此绘成各种K值下的Ry—L、ty—L、fy—L、δy—L和ΔFoy—L等关系曲线。设计时,只要已知K、L,即可利用这些曲线立即查到U形截面的各种最优几何参数,拟定出经济合理的最优截面。经大量对比计算得知,利用本法确定的截面,比用常规方法一般可节省25%~35%的造价。Abstract: The U form aqueduct of reinforced concrete, has been commonly adopted in our country since 1960' s. The choice of the optimal geometric parameters in the cross section cannot be well solved all the while in designing. For the U form agueduct of reinforced concrete with simply supported and same thickness, through a series of optimal calculations in combination with the all sorts of the modulus of discharge K and the calculating span L, some utility regularities for reasonable choicing the geometric parameters in cross section of the U form aqueduct has been obtained. This article has simply introduced these results and regularities.
