    Application of Moisture Diffusion Model within an Individual Grain Kernel

    • 摘要: 本文推导了用于分析稻谷颗粒内部水分扩散的三层体模型。并编制了用于分析干燥和缓苏过程中颗粒内部水分扩散和颗粒降水速度的模拟软件。经验证模拟结果与实验结果能很好的逼近。并利用该软件分析了颗粒内部水分的扩散过程及间歇干燥过程中间歇比和循环周期对降水速度的影响。

       

      Abstract: A new mathematic model based on Luikov's diffusion theory was presented to simulate the drying and tempering process of rough rice. The moisture distributions at different distance of intermittent drying were obtained. And also the tempering effects on the subsequent drying period were analyzed. A comparison between the simulated values and the experimental values showed that the maximum differences in the moisture content of grain was at 1. 5 %. The model has been used to analyze the intermittent rough rice drying successfully.
