Studies on the Factors Effecting Thin-Layer Drying Rate of corn

  • 摘要: 通过对吉林省几个主要品种的玉米进行薄层干燥试验,确定了影响玉米薄层干燥速率各因素的主次,分析了各因素对玉米薄层干燥速率影响的规律性,提出了玉米品种对薄层干燥速率有不可忽视的影响,建立了吉林省两个产量较大的玉米品种的薄层干燥方程,从而为进一步进行玉米深床干燥的研究打下了基础,为设计适合我国特点的玉米干燥系统提供了理论依据。
    Abstract: In this paper, through thin - layer drying tests of several corn varieties of Jilin province, the primary and secondary factors affecting thin -layer drying rate are determined and the influential regularity of the different factors is analyzed. It is presented that corn varieties have a not negligible effect on thin-layer drying rate. Thin-layer drying equations of two higher yield corn varieties in Jilin province are built. Conclusions of the study provide a basis for further research on deep-bed drying of corn and furnish a theoretical basis for designing corn drying systems suitable for Chinese conditions.
