    A Study on the Mass Diffuse Coefficient of Corn

    • 摘要: 谷物干燥是一个复杂的传热传质过程。目前主要有三种模型用来描述谷物的干燥过程,即经验模型、半经验模型和理论模型。但是,这些模型只能给出谷物的宏观干燥过程,而不能描述谷物的传质特性。该文采用新的数学模型描述谷物的干燥过程,同时介绍了用热天平研究玉米质扩散率的方法,研究结论具有理论意义和实用价值,测试方法具有一定的通用性。

       

      Abstract: Grain drying is a complex and unstable process of heat and mass transfer. There are three kinds of mathematical models for describing the process i. e. the empirical , the semi-empirical and the theoretical models. But all these models can only give the macro-drying process and cannot describe the mass-transfer characteristics. The authors use a new mathematical model to describe the grain drying process and introduce a method of studying the mass diffuse coefficient of grain by means of thermal analyser.
