    Some Aspects of Technology Transfer in "Spark Programm" from National to International

      摘要
    • 摘要: 简要论述了当代国际技术发展的政治、经济背景,现状及发展趋势。特别论述了发展中国家对技术需求的变化,提出了我国星火计划国际转移的可能性、现实性,并提出了我国星火技术国际转移的6条建议。

       

      Abstract: The author proposes the possibilities to transfer appropriate technology from China to other developing countries through "Spark Programm".It is proposed that (1) "Spark Programm" should be included in the bilateral and multilateral relationships;(2)justifying the projects which can be supported by Goverment Organizations and Non- goverment Organizations;(3)encouraging the enterprises in China to invest in other developing countries; (4) establishing Chinese international cooperation for appropriate technology transfer;(5) carrying out feasibility study; (6) establishing Chinese international programm for appropriate technology.
