    • 摘要: 鸡的热应激反应及其机制十分复杂。鸡体作为一个有机整体,几乎动用所有的器官和组织来应付高温这一外界不良刺激。该文主要从下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质轴、交感—肾上腺髓质系统、下丘脑—垂体—甲状腺轴、下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴、免疫系统5个方面探讨鸡热应激反应的机制,并从鸡的营养代谢、生理生化及产蛋性能方面概述了鸡的热应激反应。

       

      Abstract: The heat stress reaction and its mechanism of chicken is very complex. As an organism, the chicken agitates all the organ and tissue to deal with the heat stress from environment. The authors discusses the heat stress mechanism of chicken primarily from five aspects of hypothalamus-pituitary - adrenal cortex axis,sympathetic-adrenal medulla system, hypothalamus - pituitary- thyroid axis, hypothalamus - pituitary - sex gland axis, immunity system and summarizes the heat stress reaction of chicken from nutritive metabolism, physiological biochemistry and production.
