气吸式排种器排种均匀性的Monte Carlo模拟

    The Monte Carlo Simulation on Release Homogeneity of Suction-Type Metering Device

    • 摘要: 研究了影响气吸式排种器均匀性的随机因素及其概率分布规律,在得到单粒排种时种子间时间间隔的数学模型的基础上,应用Monte Carlo(蒙特卡罗)方法研究了排种器的结构参数—吸孔数、投种角、投种半径及投种高度对其排种均匀性的影响规律,为此类排种器的设汁提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: The random factors affecting release homogeneity of suction-type metering device and their probability distribution laws are discussed. Based on the mathematical model of the intervals between seeds with releasing single seed, Monte Carlo method was used to study and obtain the effect of the metering device' s structure parameters-number of suction holes, release angle, release radius and release height, on its release homogeneity. The results may be used for reference in the design of such kind of metering devices.
