摘要: 结合扬范泵站的技术改造实际,分析了水泵合理选型的方法及其对防止泥沙磨损、延长叶轮使用寿命的作用,对于多沙河流抽水的泵站设计及技术改造提供了有价值的参考数据。

Abstract: Take Yangfan Pumping Station working on the Yellow River as an example. The paper analysed how to select centrifugal pumps to reduce impellers' wear and tear caused by sand in water in order to prolong the impellers' service life. The technic is important to agricultural pumping stations working with highly sandy water. Yangfan Pumping Station's practice illustrated that the economic profit caused by the technic transform was remarkable.
