Abstract: Based on the comprehensive analysis of vegetable oil characteristics, their applicating process and combustion system are discussed . The authors consider that vegetable oil as a freindly energy and an ecomaterial is an ideal alternative fuel for the developing countries having poor mineral fuel resources. The commercial scale production of vegetable oil will be an important task of agriculture engineering.
