柴油机工作循环热力过程的(火用)分析

    Availability Study on Thermodynamic Processes of Diesel Cycle

    • 摘要: 利用(火用)分析方法,分析了柴油机工作循环热力过程中诸多不可逆因素所产生的(火用)损失,并对减少这些(火用)损失的方案和措施进行了讨论,提出了改善燃烧过程,减小换气系统流动阻力、降低燃气对壁面的传热、利用废气涡轮回收排气(火用)和减少摩擦等降低循环过程(火用)损失的主要措施,为柴油机循环效率的提高指出了发展方向。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the irreversible factors which may cause availability losses in thermodynamic processes of diesel engine are analyzed,and some methods which can decrease the losses are discussed. Results show improving combustion, reducing flow resistant of introduction and exhaust system, lowering heat tansfer between gas and wall,recovering exhaust availability by turbocharger and enhancing mechanical efficiency are the main means of reducing cycle availability losses.
