糯米、玉米等粉料的在线流变特性研究

    Study on On-line Extrusion Rheological Properties for Glutinous Rice and Corn Powders

    • 摘要: 在自制试验型挤压机和狭缝式流变仪上测定了糯米、粳米、玉米等谷物粉料的在线挤压流变特性,求得它们在中、低含水量情况下的本构方程,表明它们均为符合幂律流的假塑性流体。

       

      Abstract: The on-line extrusion rheological properties of grain powders such as Glutinous,Japanica.Indi-ca rices and corn are measured by using slit rheometer. The inherent equations of these powders at low to intermediate moisture content are determined. The rheological properties of these materials are in accordance with power function law.
