    Research on Different Transmission Types of Threshers

    • 摘要: 人力脱粒机的齿轮传动与柔性传动,是我国当今的两种主要传动方式。通过对机构的运动分析,指出脱粒机的齿轮传动优于柔性传动,后者隐藏着严重缺点,因其脚踏板速度特性不佳,影响脱粒性能,而且操作者劳累。

       

      Abstract: Gear transmission and flexible transmission are two main different transmission types of manpower threshers in China today. Through analysis on movement of threshing mechanism, it was found that there is a series of critical shortcomings in flexible transmission type of thresher, because the footbord speed characteristic is no good causing poor threshing performance and tiresome working condition.
