    • 摘要: 该文以孵化厅出雏室的污染控制为主要研究目标,在测试基础上,以出雏时绒毛微粒作为出雏室污染控制因子,根据质量守恒原理建立了出雏室空气净化的数学模型,通过模拟计算结果,设计并试制了一套水浴空气净化系统并对系统进行了运行试验,得出了系统净化绒毛和H2S气体效率分别为81.93%和32.7%,试验结果为进一步进行孵化厅及畜禽舍的空气净化研究打下了基础。

       

      Abstract: Controlling air pollution in the hatching house of hatchery was the main objective of this study. Through environmental measurements, chicken fluff and hydrogen sulfide gas in the hatching house were confirmed to be the primary contaminants. Based on the measurement, a mathmatical model for simulating change of air pollutant concentration in the hatching house was established by the principle of mass balance. Based on the model, an air-water purification system was designed. Practical tests indicated that removal rates of chicken fluff and hydrogen sulfide gas were 81. 93% and 32. 7 % respectively. The result built the basis of studying air purification in hatchery and poultry house.
